As a frequent business traveller in Australia, the most frequent gripe i have is the riduculous price of in room internet. 4 days cost me more than 1 month at home.... when are we going to see that hotels start to price this reasonably, or do what business travellers expect and offer it for free (like every other developed country....)... more

Executive Room Great, clean, spacious, excellent value for money, friendly service. Spacious bathroom with washing machine. Queen bed with double sofa bed which was very spacious. Poor attention to detail at this hotel. Airconditioning stuck on heat. We had to open the window to cool the room even after asking staff to check the heating. Light switches in the room are a nightmare to work out. more
