We stayed in a Luxury Club Room (4816) for 2 nights in March. Our room was great, comfortable bed, a couple of armchairs & footstool & great size bathroom. We had no issues with noise from other guests (it was Fashion Week & the Hotel was fully booked) or the remote touch panel that controls tv, lighting etc in fact... More

We stayed at the Sofitel Melbourne for three nights, as I have flown down for a conference. It was a beautifully presented hotel, and the Club Sofitel was excellent. However, it was a disappointment that the restaurant was booked out for days in advance, leaving no measures for the guests who are actually staying at the hotel. Also the bathroom... More

Overall this is a very good hotel, the service was very good, the rooms are modern and clean and the food was superb. It's location on Collins is also perfect if you want easy access to the shops and central Melbourne life and it's not hard to get out to the suburbs either on the tram or by taxi. Being... More

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Staff were wonderful, very professional and nothing was a problem. Views from our standard room were wonderful. Will definitely stay here again.

This hotel was very disappointing for a number of reasons. My wife and I stayed in a luxury room (room 3615). 1. The layout of the room is very poor. Granted, the hotel starts at the 35th floor and you're supposed to be enjoying the views out the window but sometimes you might like to watch the TV. The TV... More

We have just come back from three nights staying on Level 48 with access to the Club Room. I would have to say this has been one of the best hotels I have stayed in for service. The Club Room serves food and drinks all day (alcohol from 5:30pm to 7:30pm each night and you make whatever you want -... More

Stayed two nights with my wife. We were both impressed with the room which was very clean (important to us), luxurious and had many modern features which surprisingly you don't find in a lot of 5 star hotel rooms (eg DVD player). The bathroom was also immaculate. I usually have trouble getting a good nights sleep in hotel beds (even... More

Everything a five star hotel should be, but i must confess my favorite element of the evening was the meal we enjoyed at NO35, delicious and a new favorite. Perfect for our anniversary. will definatly be staying here again.

I have been chosing to stay at the Sofitel Melbourne for the past 10 years on different trips to Melbourne CBD. The service levels are always 5 star and this is why I continue to stay with them. Their King Beds are simply heaven !! The cleanliness is always of the highest standard. Their only downfall was allocating us a... More

We enjoyed our week at this Hotel. We stayed in a "Club Room" - and found the Club lounge staff and service amazing. The Hotel is in a good location of the Melbourne CBD. The rooms are on the small side and after a week in a small room we were relieved our next destination had more space to spread... More
