Sounded good from their website, but the reality was an old, tired room with worn, dented furniture. Stayed in Melbourne for 3 nights. The deluxe twin room was clean and comfortable and the beds were excellent. The hotel is perfectly situated in the city centre and in easy walking distance to Chinatown and the Mall. The staff are friendly and helpful.
