Dear Quest Customer Complaints, I am currently staying in the Fairfax Apartments on Collins St. My experience so far has not been a positive one. Though the rooms itself is well above par for the cost (the shower set up is one of the best I have seen), the road noise from the street below is unacceptable to someone who... More

Good location, little noisy due to roadworks on Little Collins street. Decor is aged but bed was comfortable and shower worked well. Well priced . Reception staff helpful and friendly. Onsite parking is very tight.

Had a 1 bedroom apartment on the 4th floor Queens street side and I have never been to Melbourne and experienced noise like it. No sleep at all. Asked to be moved into the main building and the rooms were nicer and a little less noisy. Staff were lovely but this hotel is in need for an upgrade to double... More

Apartment 27 first floor, general appearance good. Trouble is huge windows are NOT double glazed or in any way soundproofed. Nightclub across the street, drunks staggering down the footpath yahooing, idiots with their "duff duff' stereos driving around, sirens, yeah great night NOT. To tip it off after the nightclub closes at 5am the cleanup crew moved in with the... More

Our first night was in a 1 bedroom apartment in a separate building on the first floor. Decor was sparse, carpet lifting but clean, but little that was welcoming. The noise from the nightclub across the road went until 3 in the morning and then the rubbish trucks started - no sleep that night. Queried reception as to whether we... More

It was spacious and the living area was comfortable. The beds were clean and comfortable. The location is great. However it was an apartment that was certainly not luxurious or pristine; no "wow this is great" feeling upon arrival! Small things like the fan in the laundry / toilet / shower room didn't work and the kitchen needed a bit... More

A few of us stayed here during F-1 Grand Prix, these apartments are privately owned and rented out and managed by Quest. Maintenance and cleanliness is very poor, no room service on Sundays or public holidays which we did not object to but it would have been nice if we were told, especially when two of the rooms ran out... I can't believe this is a Quest. It's very shabby, but worst of all is the noise! And the smell. My room was in a separate building on the first floor. I gather other apartments might be privately rented as there was the stench of smoke in the foyer leaking into the room. I was fearful the lift was stop... More

I usually enjoy staying in Quest apartments, but this one certainly did NOT live up to their normal standards. We rented a 3 bed apartment last weekend and while the apartment was roomy and central, the noise was dreadful. A nightclub nearby on both Friday and Saturday nights meant it was difficult to sleep. The apartment needed a good clean,... More

Not up to Quest standards at all. Frayed carpet, dirty bathroom, leakimg toilet, only decaf coffee, nothing like in their photos. Very tired and basic. Construction on building but not told on arrival.
