This is a good place to stay. All the staff shared their smiles and the location is quiet but easily accessible to the CBD,free trams run straight past,Parliament train station just up the street,7/11 convenience store right around the corner, tour operators pick you up and drop off right out front. The shower is terrific,a massaging experience. We had a room right... More

(I think at this point I should disclose that I am deliberately staying in Accor properties with a family holiday in Barcelona in mind). First of all I want to thank the staff at Treasury Gardens - the were wonderfully warm, welcoming (despite a post-midnight arrival) and knowledgeable. And of course an upgrade to a Privilege King room was extremely... More

The rooms are smallish with no room for a chair to go with the desk. The toilet is relatively small as well. However, the room was clean and the bed comfortable. There were many electrical sockets in the room which is always appreciated. The toilet was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was the usual hotel fare. Wifi was subjected to... More

Stayed for 3 nights in a king executive room. Very quiet yet central with the City Circle tram right at the door. The room was nice and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The heating in the room worked well.

Booked a weekend stay through their website. There was a meal voucher included but when we checked in was told that there was no voucher included luckily I had my booking with me. Also we were supposed to receive a daily paper that never happened even asked them and was told I have put you down for one. The bathrooms... More

Average compared to a few Melbourne hotels but great for the price!! The bar-man was very nice. The reception need to know more about other departments in the hotel. The room was what I expected nothing fancy but still nice and clean. The heating and aircon system was great!!! Works better than some 5 star hotels! I'd recommend the hotel... More

At the top end of the city within walking distance to the MCG and china town. Tram stops close. Comfortable clean room. We had a view of the park and MCG, but not necessary if you aren't going to look outside often. Bathroom was a little smallish but didn't cause any problems. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially when... More

The hotel is very clean and the rooms are tidy but very small. The location is good and it's walking distance to most places in the city. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay! All the staff I encountered were excellent, helpful & accommodating, honestly the best staff I've come across so far. I chose to stay here because I was attending the State of Origin and the hotel was well positioned - 10/15 min walk to the MCG but if you would rather catch a tram there is a... More
