Excellent hotel with all modern facilities offered a pleasant and enjoyable stay. The rooms offered pin-drop silence, and extremely comfortable bed offered a sound sleep and fresh morning. Central location of the hotel to all public places and transportation is a plus!!

My partner and I stayed last weekend and booked a queen apartment. We were upgraded when we booked in free of charge! The room was beautiful. King bed, 2 TVs, kitchen with fridge and dishwasher, decent bathroom with washing machine and dryer

My partner and I have been staying at the Adina on and off for the last few years and can say nothing but positives things about the staff and rooms. The room service is amazing and worth every penny. The rooms are spacious, comfy and well decorated. The staff are friendly and cleanly. Would highly recommend staying here.

The apartment had a great view and with its proximity to Federation Square it was well served by trams and trains. An easy walk to sports arenas, theatres, waterfront restaurants and central city shopping.

We spent 2 nights in a studio apartment and the room was well laid out and very comfortable. This hotel is an excellent location and is in very easy walking distance to city shopping precincts. Car parking available at reasonable cost and is easily accessible direct from hotel floors. Our room was toward back of hotel so it was very... More

A spacious, clean and modern apartment on Flinders St with fantastic views to the south. Reception open 24 hours and very professional staff. Unlike many apartment hotels it has in room mini bar. Easy walking distance to MCG and Melbourne Park.

Adina is great, we stayed in a mezzanine room, close to and great views of the city, clean and very comfortable. Pillows not comfortable though, but this wasn't significant in the context of an overall great stay.

Location is a little out of the way, set amongst the nightclubs of the CBD. During the weekend you can expect people partying in other rooms next door. Value is over-priced for what you get. The rooms are dated, tired and old. Don't believe what you see in the photos. The business rate I got (which was way too much)... More

Staying in Central Business District

Neighborhood Profile
Central Business District
Full of discovery and delight, Melbourne’s laneways tease the imagination long after you’ve put your weary feet up to rest. They weave through the heart of the city: cafes, bars, restaurants and boutiques, throbbing with conversation and espresso coffee. You never quite know what you’ll find around the next corner: cobblestone alleys, old beer barrel hoists and even vats of simmering organic soup. There is the air of Berlin in the street art, a touch of Paris in the umbrella-shaded cafes and, reminiscent of Rome, eateries tucked away in the most unlikely of places. Perhaps you might want a break and cross the Yarra River to Southbank - walk along the promenade, bask in the sun at a waterside bar and decide whether to go to the nearby casino or book a ticket at the Melbourne theatre company.
