Thought the location was great being on the corner of Queen & Little Bourke streets. Close to Melbourne central, trams and places to eat. Rooms are clean and neat. This was a great accommodation experience - a large, roomy apartment at the rear of the property. Bathroom contained a laundry facility - a travellers' must! Had read some poor reports but this is a great place to stay if you want to be 5 minutes from shops (easy to bring bags home), great deck for a spot of sunbathing, close to show venues and walkable to casino. Had a great weekend here, nice trendy rooms and great views if you are on a high floor.... more

I just spoke to a night receptionist who was most un-cooperative and rude. One benefit of working for an international company is recommending colleagues against staying in places like this. more
