Only stayed for two nights on business but would gladly stay for longer. Room was large with a sitting area and good amenities. Location was great too, and getting a cab was not a problem. Room service was pretty quick and I have no complaints. More

You get what you pay for and whilst the hotel costs a bit more you get first class facilities and helpful staff. The rooms are decorated nicely and we had a good sleep.Nice buffet breakfast too. More

I would have rated this at least 4/5, but for the unacceptable price gouging on something as essential as WiFi. $25 per day is outrageous in this day and age, when internet access is essential. I like the Hyatt hotels, I find the service to be really good. This one is no exception. The rooms are a good size and I really appreciate little touches like complimentary bottled water. Stayed here for work a couple of years ago now, the rooms are nice, breakfast is fantastic and service is great and location ideal. But the little bar is a GEM, which I have continued to visit on many more trips to Melbourne. More

Great location, well appointed modern rooms, courteous staff throughout. Got a great deal on wotif.com The only surprise was that the rooms had noisy plumbing, seemed to hear the water pipes from neighbouring room. A very minor point tho, couldn't fault the hotel for anything really. More
