I booked what is supposed to be an "Executive King" room - the second highest grade of accommodation. However my room is tiny. (The smallest on the floor if the fire escape plan on the back of the door is to scale). In fact it looks much like the "economy room" on the hotel's website apart from the addition of... More

This is not a four star establishment as it advertises itself. We were lead to believe that there was free wifi but it proved not to be the case. Only 60 minutes free wifi and that kept falling out. Good central location and had the potential. We did not use the swimming pool so cannot comment T

The staff were great, and it was clean and comfortable, but the bathroom was old, the balcony hopeless, and the Internet expensive. Disappointing after reading reviews and viewing website. Good location

Good location, helpful staff. Fair price. However, basic rooms - not overly well maintained or clean. Paid a discounted rate, so unsure if marching room was provided. Surprisingly quite for the location.

The bed was very comfortable. Air conditioning worked well. The room service was prompt and the food delicious. The breakfast both in presentation, quality and quantity was excellent with pleasant staff to assist. I would recommend staying here again.

Great location, nice pool, despite mishaps ended up paying more to upgrade and we were happy with this decision. Helpful staff. Ignore the art display in the foyer, it is questionable and ideally should be removed :)

Very average quality for very high price. Booking process on hotel website confusing, and when I arrived the cost was more expensive than I had booked for- there was no opportunity offered to change to a more reasonable option. Bed very average and pillows poor.

Staying in Chinatown

Neighborhood Profile
Chinatown
Locals know that Chinatown is the tried and true place to eat before hitting the nightclub scene. The place simply buzzes, and the well-preserved buildings exude a sense of Imperial China stemming from immigration over a century ago. In restaurant after restaurant on Little Bourke Street, you'll find delicious dishes such as sizzling honeyed prawns, and value for your money. Stately matrons oversee family kitchens serving up age-old recipes. The lighting may be unromantic, the patrons loud, and the service no-nonsense, but the food is sensational.
