Wow, the rooms at this hotel are Huge! So if you have lots of luggage or a couple of cats to swing, this is the place to book! Like most other people have said, the decor at this hotel is on the tired side. If you can however look past the grey and pink tones you will find, as noted... More

Great water pressure in shower with actual hot water and large shower head. So good to have late check out esp for a sunday. St. Kilda rd trams round corner. Neat clean room. There was some noise in hallway friday night but apart from that slept well

Paid $125 for one night that included 2 breakfasts. The breakfast is excellent. The meet and greet and free wifi good too. The room we had in the other hand was good for sleeping in, however needed a bit if love. Walking in there was no direct overhead lighting, you use lamps. First lamp didn't work. Second lamp in far... More

Attended a conference at this hotel recently. The venue was very comfortable, warm and the food excellent. It's in a good location. The waiting and bar staff are efficient although the reception staff were not terribly friendly. A snack was very kindly arranged by the bar staff slightly after the kitchen had officially closed which was really appreciated. The hotel... More

This hotel is ok to stay at. My room was clean, comfortable and there was plenty of space. It has been some time since the hotel has seen any sort of renovations, so it is a bit worn out looking. The carpets in the hall ways are heavily stained and this does give a bad impression of the place. The... More

We have stayed here twice now, and would again. For the price we payed it was good valve, with breakfast and parking included. Staff friendly. Yes it might be needing a bit of a freshen up in the rooms but was bed comfortable. Breakfast was great, with plenty choice of food.

I visit Melbourne often, and very rarely stay out of the city. So this was new for me. Hotel was easy to find from the Tram stop. Right across the road from Albert Park lake on busy St. Kilda Road. Check in was quick and easy. And staff were overly nice and helpful. The room itself was decent. Older in... More

Very disappointed in this hotel. All of the features were out dated. Old style bar fridge, built in 2ft high radio that didn't work, tv sitting in a cupboard... The "view" from our "Superior Queen Room" was of the building next door. The car park was awful and I was concerned about the cleanliness of the shower. The only positive... More

Do not take any notice of the website. It is bright clean and fresh looking. The rooms are anything but. The carpet is filthy, walls marked and chipped. The voile curtains were grey and visibly marked with solid stains.the beds had none of the finishes or trims as shown in the website. Our room was to be king single but... More
