Great location. Good sized clean rooms. Very modern and spacious. A little dark in some rooms but overall really good. It's got a full kitchen and right on the corner of Swanson and Collins. Really couldn't do better for the price. More

We arrived and were not expecting much with the reception area being in a room that was too small and un impressive. Having said that we were more than impressed with our apartment. Great view from balcony. Impressive space and furnishings. Great bathroom, excellent location. Will book again and recommend to friends. More

While the decor is a little dated and they need to hire better cleaning staff, the 2 bedroom apartment is huge and well priced. Nowhere to unload bags or park closeby, hallways and reception are a bit dingy.
