My stay here was over a two week period. Despite the furnishing being outdated and a little tired, the rooms were generously large, spotlessly clean and quiet. Good king size bed. Small basic kitchenette, living area with couch and chairs and adequate breakfast table. Very roomy. The restaurant and bar staff were delightful, friendly and attentive, but the restaurant was... more

I booked a night to take my partner out into the city, and i booked the Spa Suite. When we got to our room, we were on the first floor with the plainest possible view, out of all the windows of our room. We also realized that our 'king sized bed' was really TWO SINGLE BEDS PUSHED TOGETHER, that was... more

I stayed at this hotel for two nights and I thoroughly recommend this hotel. I have trouble sleeping, and part of the reason for my stay was to sleep in. The room that I had the first night of my stay (22/10) was directly opposite a construction site so I woke to jack hammering at 7am. The room itself was... more

We have some mobility issues and were looking for a central Melbourne location with good taxi connections to galleries, a kitchenette (to make our own breakfast), a modest restaurant in-house and a roomy studio. We chose the Mantra OLB by rate on Wotif and were not disappointed, even though we discovered there was a building site right outside our window.... more

The lobby was quite small and simple so I did not expect the room/appartment to be so big and well appointed. Everything was very clean and I could not fault the place (for the price). I booked through Last Minute and got a good deal at $170 per night. I would go again especially when in company of my family.... more

We stayed at the pacific suites little bourke in february and had a throughly enjoyable stay. We arrived about 12.30pm to find our room ready and waiting, an hour and a half before check in time, so that was pleasing. It may have been a silly mistake but it took 10 frustrating minutes to work out you had to leave... more

We stayed at the Pacific International Suites in January 2008. We were staying in Melbourne on the Australia Day long weekend. Overall, I found the place to be satisfactory. Our room was serviced daily, and was clean, overall. However, the windows were smudged from the inside, so it didn't feel "really clean". I was a bit uncomfortable about that.... The... more

We booked two rooms with King Beds at the Pacific International Suites in December 2007. The rooms were clean and well maintained. There were two TV's in each room and the bathroom was spacious. The location is excellent within easy walking distance to Bourke St Mall and Chinatown. The only annoyance was having to call the conceirge to bring our... more

My family and I stayed at the Pacific International Suites in Melbourne 471 Little Burke Street from the 28/12/07 to 1/1/08. We arrived early at about 1030 am and we could not check into our room so the hotel stored our bags for us, when we returned to check in our bags were already up in our room waiting for... more

I stayed here for an extended period in December 2007, and can give a fairly comprehensive report on this place. Here's the scoop: GOOD - Rooms are clean and spacious. - There are laundry facilities available. - Location is convenient, although a few blocks walk to most of the places you want to go to. NOT GOOD - Internet access... more
