Overall, we did enjoy our 5 night stay in this motel. The price of the room made a 5 night stay possible for us. The room was clean and quite nice. No complaints at all about our room. Restaurant meals were very nice so we went back a second time. The paid-parking was adequate. We asked for a view of... More

Had three night stay at this hotel for conference. Hotel check in very efficient & friendly. This hotel is past its prime & looking very tatty. The corridor of my level smelt very musty as did my room which was quite overpowering. No free wifi. Good size room. Bed & pillows very comfortable. Bathroom adequate, hair dryer very inefficient &... More

Me and my friend got the feeling that this had been a very nice hotel, 15 years ago or so. It is time for an update. There is nothing wrong with the service or comfort in the rooms (superior rooms) but everything is a bit old. We stayed our first night in a standard room and had to change it... More

Just spent 3 night in this hotel which is a lot nicer than several of the previous reviews suggest. I went for the 'Moving Beyond Stress' weekend workshop. The service was prompt and friendly. I thought the lobby was just lovely as was the bar and restaurant. Breakfast was included in my room rate and there was a wide variety of... More

Stayed here 1 night due to delayed flight late at nigh. Lack of staff to start with. No potters to assist with luggage. TV was very , very old . Still has not upgraded to digital. Breakfast and lunch was not bad . Staff attentive there. The furniture in the lobby leaves a lot to be desired . Couch very... More

Great large picture window allows wonderful view of the park to Port Philip Bay. Worth extra few dollars for room with a view especially on top floor. Good basic room but a little tired. WI fi extra and on site parking and close to American consulate.

The place is in need of an update as well as the tvs, but if u are after a cheap room close to the city with great tram connections it's worth the $105, although when we arrive we couldn't get a park and where told to leave car in the drive way :/ don't know how it's a one lane... More

Writing this review from my hotel room, as I stay here for a conference. I hate to give ordinary reviews like this, but just be aware that this place is really very ordinary. Pretty average service at the front desk, very average experience in the lift up to my room, super average walk over dirty and tired hallway carpet and... More

Stayed one night, the room we had was small but the prices were ok. Parking was a bit of a headache. The bottom level is tight unless you have a small car. better to park up top. And freindly staff too. Didn`t hear any hallway noise that could keep you awake.

Had a great two night stay at the Bayview on the Park. Friendly and efficient staff, helpful, nothing is too much trouble and very fast acting! From band aids to extra towels and pillows...everything was met with speed and a smile...awesome. Facilities fantastic!
