My wife and I went to Melbourne to celebrate our 20th anniversary so to spoil her I upgraded to the Privilege room, without her knowledge, to surprise her. I was the one that got the surprise. It looked like a standard room, with a king bed, coffee machine and a small box of two chocolates the only thing that told... More

Excellent location. Centre of Melbourne close to trams and also close to everything you need - China Town, Emporium Shopping Centre, Flinders Lane, library and lots of other eateries. Allowed early check in. The staffs in reception were friendly.

The bathroom was very modern and clean and the room also had a kitchen microwave, sink etc.... More

Hotel in great location on Swanson Street, David Jones, Myers and the new emporium shops. Upgraded to a King beds. Only problem I found. Front desk staff don't inform you to use your room key to get to your room once in the elevator

Great locations for city attractions such as Federation Square, Queen Victoria Markets and the Museum. All in walking distance. Also in a good location for shopping. However the room I had was not very sound proof. Could hear doors opening and closing all night and I could also hear quite clearly people in the room next door talking. The hot... More

Stayed here 4 nights. The rooms are small and need a makeover. Housekeeping staff keep the rooms neat and tidy, but carpets in hallways, room are worn out and present a poor image. The shower tub has chipped in a couple of places, fridge in room way too noisy when it comes on. Rooms are very noisy, basically you can... More
