Having read recent reviews with regards to this hotel I can't understand why the stale smell of the carpets has not been mentioned. The hotel is in a good location, close to Chinatown and Bourke Street Mall but that is the only thing going. Rooms are very tiny, very dated. I couldn't tell you when these rooms have been updated.
