The Crossley Hotel supplied all we needed (plus); lovely breakfast, free papers, interested well mannered staff, close to vg restaurants, theatres and Federation Sq. Melbourne's Red bus the way to see the city. Congratulations on your efficiency and reasonable accommodation Crossley!

This location is top notch, up the "Paris" end of town. Close to the theatre, many great restaurants, multiple tram lines and a short walk to the MCG. I'd stay again just for the location! The rooms are small and a little dated but everything was very clean. Don't expect extravagance. It's just basic, clean and comfortable, which is enough... More

The Crossley is ideally located at the upper end of Little Bourke Street amongst some great restaurants. The room was surprisingly big with two double beds. The hotel doesn't have all the facilities of a 5 star hotel, however, for a quick stay it's fine. I did notice however that guests can access the City Baths for $10 a day.... More

Great value and customer service. Very happy with my stay at the Crossley. If I have another meeting in Nicholson Street would stay at the Crossley again as it's great value for money with breakfast and car parking included.

Nice hotel on quiet street. I had big modern room with two double size comfortable beds. Bathroom is a bit dated but clean and shower is great. Handy to Parliament house, free tram, shops and restaurants. Good value for money. Differently would stay there again

We had stayed at the Crossley some years ago and decided to try it again. Our initial reaction was that it looked a bit tired. We thought our room not entirely clean, but having said that, after the first service we could not fault it and it stayed that way for the following four days of our stay. The location... More

Not the 4* as on some sites, only a 3*, not even a 3.5* Our room was small, basic and a bit 'tired'. Only room for one comfy chair, one desk chair, no suitcase stand, quite squeezy. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was limited to cold selections, with a ham and cheese croissant offered. Apart from... More

The Crossley is right in the middle of Chinatown, and around the corner from the theatre district and the main shopping area. The room I stayed in was well lit, although a bit basic. The hotel is currently in the process of upgrading, so this may change soon. Because of the upgrading, there is currently some construction noise during the... More

The hotel obviously is in an excellent location and given the price I could not give it less than 5 out of 5 in every catagory. I might add the beds were quite comfy which is always important to me when I stay in a hotel. Largo rooms as well.
