This hotel used to be a Hilton, and there are still plenty of reminders of its former life. In fact Accor has done very little to change the place but will need to make an effort to maintain the hotel to its former standard. The hotel is brilliantly situated a stone's throw from the MCG and the broader sporting precinct... More

Stayed there for one night, arrived in the late afternoon, after a very long queue at the immigration and a 'drama' of missing luggage. Finally we arrived at the hotel, got a warm welcome and had our room ready. We got room at 2nd (or 3rd Fl?) with limited view outside. This is an 'old' property yet still in good... More

My husband and I stayed here in April to attend the Rod Stewart Concert at Rod Laver. This was our first stay since the change from Hilton. We drove in and we're going to self park as with Hilton, but this isn't allowed anymore, it's all Valet. O think it's around $35 per night. The Valet guy didn't even help... More

I spent only one night at this hotel, to attend a conference recently, and was rather disappointed by the quality of the rooms. Old outdated and small, I felt quite claustrophobic. The bath rooms were squashy, and needed repairs. Cold water was not required when having a shower, and I felt the need to run around under the water to... More

We booked two nights as part of our Accor loyalty program free night (still had to pay a little extra for that first night). On arrival I was informed that parking would be an extra $49 per night! When I said that was not satisfactory the doorman dropped it to $35. Still outrageous in my opinion, especially with no discount... More

Stayed at Pullman for one night, after a romantic dinner date with my partner. The room we had was on level 14, which had a fabulous view of the MCG and city skyline. Room had a comfortable king sized bed but but we were shocked to after discovered an ATM receipt once we pulled back the covers, this obviously made... More

Stayed at this hotel 3 nights with work colleges for a conference From the moment you push through the revolving doors, it's like travelling back in time to the 80s, and not in a good way The carpets, furniture and decor are really dated, faded and tarnished, the rooms are no better. Lots of construction going on, paint fumes every... More

First time staying under the Pullman brand. Essentially the same hotel thus far, a bit dated, but still a good hotel. Checked in early, without a problem, and were given a top floor room overlooking the "G" and the bay. Very happy! Very functional and comfortable room and clean and roomy bathroom, with quality toiletries. Very comfortable king sized bed.... More

I have stayed at the Pullman on the Park, formally Hilton on the Park on many occasions. If it was marketed as a 3 star hotel, then perhaps my view on my stays here would be different, however the fact that Pullman on the Park ranks itself as a 5 star establishment, it is disappointing and has a lot to... The room we were given was on level two, really noisy as its near the pipes, window facing fence, Its in NOT free wifi like advertised on trivago, in fact its $26.50, for only 24 hours, which is a massive rip off. Oh, and the Tvs picture was beyond bad. not Impressed in the least. The staff were relatively friendly... More
