This Hotel is advertised as 5 star and this cost of $379 per night reflects 5 star but definitely only 4 star!!! We booked and paid for two rooms and he first thing we saw when entering our room was a small and old television. Surely a 5 Star hotel would supply at least a 104 cm plasma. Then a... More

Really enjoyed our stay here. We had a room which had faulty air con so were moved to another room with no delay. The rooms were lovely and had great views. The service was fantastic, from the valet parking to the check in and check out. The only down side was the restaurant, it was severely lacking in atmosphere, the... More

This is a large hotel and it is very busy. For business or to go to the MCG when you're not interested in any sophistication I would highly recommend this place. Having said that, if you're looking for somewhere for a couple I would recommend some of the other hotels in Melbourne. The Pullman is priced correctly for the value... More

Stayed there for a 3 day seminar. Convenient to CBD, easy to grab a cab at the main entrance, or go to the nearby 7-11 store to buy "MyKi" transport storecard to get on a tram to CBD, just few minutes. Hotel is tired but staffs are welcomed and friendly. We made a room change due to the electrical noises... More

Mystery deal from last minute.com. View of the mcg. Remarkably quiet room. Spacious king size bed, quality linen, very clean, excellent block out curtains. Bathroom was a little quirky. The standout were the fabulous and friendly staff. Every member, from doorman, porter and checkin welcomed us and said good morning/afternoon. Thank you Pullman. Good job.

I spent two nights at The Pullman East Melbourne, using my ACCOR card .i stayed in a renovated room on the fifth floor with súper quiet airconditioning, very comfortable bed And a delightful old fashioned bath room. Could even Open a window. Pin all THE vestables, hall ways, lifts, lounges and bars the wallnut facade and deep carpeting has been very well preserved. The... More

Stayed in an executive room on the executive level, wouldn't call the room executive a little disappointed the room was ok but could do with a good clean. The free drinks and canapés in the exclusive executive lounge were ok but again disappointing as there was very little to choose from especially if you suffer from food allergies. Do not... More

Unfortunately it's the little things that let it down. The room is nice enough and the service is on the whole fine, but too many little mistakes and faults for the inflated price I was forced to pay. I'm sure at quieter times you could get some deals which would allow you to overlook things. The TV takes sometimes 2... More

From the great location, the beautiful refurbishment, the outstanding customer service to the very comfortable room this place is wonderful. It is refined and elegant but still feels unpretentious and very comfortable. The room was super clean, I checked for hairs in the bathroom, my pet hate and couldn't find one. Well done housekeeping! The location is great right in... More

I'm glad I only paid 150 for this room . Staff are good, but a long list of stuff to fix. TV in room 20 years old , plumbing noisy with the strangest shower setup ever( you have to kneel to use the taps !!!) Noisy corridors, and extortionate wifi charges. I may come back but I doubt it. Even... More
