I was a regular at this hotel when it was the Hilton on the Park and loved it... but hadn't stayed there since it came under the Accor brand and become a Pullman (for a while!). Whilst the building itself it now quite old it still retains the grace and elegance of a classic hotel. Lots of timber paneling, larger... More

Hotel is definately getting tired. Lots of older guests. Good location. Great for an overnighter whilst not spending much time in the room...we got a special price which made stay easier. Would return.

As a regular business traveller to the hotel I continue to be impressed by the staff and the improvements being made to the hotel since becoming an ACCOR site. The hotel itself is well located on the eastern edge of the city and has great access to parks, cafes, restaurants or an easy walk into the CBD. If you have... More

Got an upgrade. Had view on the park and at the pool side. Very good hotel, good breakfast, nice staff, good pool, good hot jacuzzi (inside), good gym... walking distance from the city center. Great Indian restaurant in the street of the hotel. Emirates staff also stays in this hotel.

I have stayed in many places and all I can say is that from check to check out can not fault it at all. The rooms are nice and comfortable . Staff attentive and nothing is too hard. Even the Valet parking was a breeze. Much better than the Grand Hyatt in Collins st.

Nice room - shame that I paid for access to the lounge and it was closed, the temporary lounge on level one was not open for very long and it didn't have any choice. I wasn't happy, as I had booked the hotel as a treat for me and my other half to enjoy before and after the tennis. Unfortunately... More

Dear Valued guest, We do appreciate you taking the time to provide us with your valuable feedback, please accept my apology for not meeting your expectations. Our Executive Lounge was relocated over weekend to level one, we ensured that the operating hours, food and beverage offering remains the same. It certainly disappoint me to hear that wasn't what you have... More

I've been to this hotel many times before and everytime I liked my stay very much! But this time I finally went for the breakfast and I loved it! There is machine to make pancakes on your own and you can also make freshly squeezed juice.... Only thing I was missing was more selection of vegetables. There were only cherry... More

We stayed on and off while our son was in Epworth Richmond, 15mins walk away and 5 mins on tram.. We stayed one night on one off for over a week and they could not have been more accommodating allowing for car parking after checkout time etc, this was all happening at one of the busiest times, while the tennis... We have recently returned from 2 nights at the Pullman. The hotel is definitely not 5 star, more like 3.5. The rooms, elevators and common areas are extremely dated and old fashioned. The bathroom was easily one of the worst I have seen. Very old, taps are right down the bottom, poor shower head, average towels, not much room etc.... More

I recently stayed here with my son to attend the tennis venue and explore the sights of Melbourne. The staff was very kind and helpful and I want to especially thank JENNA who was such a professional hostess @ the executive lounge. I hope to return next year and look forward to staying at the Pullman once again. Kathleen Wray
