We stayed 4 nights and had a room on the dark side. You honestly had to leave the hotel to see what the weather was doing. That's hard enough to know in Melbourne as we did experience the 4 seasons in one day. We had a studio apartment which was nice. We had a couple of take-aways in the room... More

Great location and easy access to tram as directly outside of hotel! Room was clean and comfortable, only I didn't go much on the unpainted cement ceiling...apparently all rooms are like this due to OH&S - if a fire is in the room the ceilings will not catch on fire!

My Mum & I stayed in the one bedroom apartment and it was perfect for a simple but stylish stay. The room contained a kitchen which was fantastic if you wanted to prepare meals. The room joins onto a private balcony. There is a small lounge room with a desk, couch, TV & dining room. The bathroom is small and... More

I stayed at the one bedroom apartment for Christmas and NYE and I really liked this hotel. Room is modern, clean and it comes with essential facilities(fridge, washing machine, dish washer, all necessary kitchenwares). It's also close to CBD(about 7min drive) and the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking fee is AU$20 daily. My room was facing the... More

I've stayed here a few times and I always have a very comfortable stay. The rooms are well presented and stylishly decorated. It's handy having a kitchenette area in the rooms. There is no room service, but there's a restaurant downstairs and it's a 20 minute walk to Chapel St or St Kilda.

We stayed in a two bedroom apartment for 3 nights. We have two small children and found there was plenty of room in the apartment - the main bedroom and living areas were a really good size, we had a second bathroom and also a big deck. A full kitchen also means there is everything there if you want to... More

Stayed for 2 nights while in Melbourne for the Tennis. Continental breakfast was included, but no voucher given to us on checkin, which caused issues for the staff at the cafe next door where breakfast is served. We were on the 3rd floor and sorry to say, but the smell in the hallway was disgusting and present the entire time... More

After a warm and efficient welcome we went our studio room which was well appointed with a small kitchenette. The bed was very comfortable, the smallish shower quickly got to hot and the individual air-con was perfect. The Balkini restaurant next door was very good but the drinks were a little pricey. The hotel is situated on a busy tram... More

We stayed in a one bedroom executive apartment. It was about $300/night. We were told we were on the residential side. Walked into room and our view was of the roof of the next door building. The lamp in the lounge didn't work, there was no power cord for the iPod dock. Rang reception before we left at around 330... More
