Just came back from 5 days at this hotel. At the Reception they are professional, but really cold. The 1st day I couldn't find the gym, is at -1 and no indication. After losing 10 minutes I found a place with no window and just few equipment. The last day I lost another 15 minutes to ask for a tax... More

I couldn't be happier with this hotel. I stayed for business early in July in a 1 bedroom apartment. The hotel is modern and clean, the Internet is fast and the restaurant is awesome. The staff were lovely, and extremely accommodating. The location was great, as I had easy access to the city or St Kilda by the trams that... More

Rooms were ok, fridge is near the bed and made a buzz noise, light next to bed didn't work. View was of another building and the inroomdining website took over 1 hr 40 mins for a lamb salad and fruit salad. That said the bed was comfy & staff friendly.

We had exactly the same situation as Portfino below. We booked a two-bedroom apartment (for two adults and two kids) based on the photos on their website. We wanted to have a few nights to eat in so wanted the table to seat four and the kitchenette as featured. We were told that one of the rooms would have a... More

Basically we asked for a two bed apartment because we were traveling with our teenage son, so I expected our accommodation to have as the photos showed on the internet, being a proper lounge suite and meals table, as well as a kitchenette and two bedrooms. What we got was two studio apartments with a interconnecting doors. So no where... More

We stayed in the hotel for one night on a quick weekend trip to Melbourne. We had no need to be in the city and with a rental car, this hotel was well positioned for our needs. The bed was extremely comfortable, the shower was hot and strong and the cafe alongside that was the hotel restaurant was warm and... More

Me & my hubby went to Melbourne for 2 nights this weekend for our anniversary & booked the Executive Studio Apartment with our accumulated Amex points. Mantra was as we expected as I did a bit of research before booking the place on Trip Advisor. Room was nicely decorated, bed was comfy & the room had all the regular amenities... More

We stayed here for a night in the city. I had secured a cheap deal online so didn't expect much but it was a lovely place to stay at, good location with tram stop out the front and the bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever stayed in at a hotel! One tip to do: pre-book parking as... More

The lovely decor & themed furniture give one a feeling of older world luxury. Very well laid out room with armchair & 2 person dining setting. Work desk and sc kitchen. Rustic effect with the bare concrete ceiling. So well insulated, didn't need the Aircon heating on in the middle of winter! The bed was the comfiest hotel bed we... More
