Stayed 3 nights. Room was very clean, tidy and the bed was comfortable. Excellent position in then city - walking distance to Chinatown, Bourke St Mall and to all trams. Customer service was very good. Gym was handy as well as heated pool. We travel to Melbourne once every few years and will definitely stay here again.

On arrival we were greeted by friendly staff without any delay. Our room was well set out and very pleased with the cleanliness of the room. Beds were very comfortable.Kitchen facilities were ideal. Location was very convenient to everything, shops, trams and theatres. Would certainly stay at Citadines again.

Stayed here for a weekend away. Loved it! great location, clean rooms, friendly staff, comfy bed. The only thing I could fault was the extremely loud cleaner banging cutlery & dragging the vacuum round the rooms opposite ours in the morning. Annoying when you want to sleep in. Overall, would love to go back

Visiting Melbourne to see daughter and son-in-law while they pass through on their way back to Dubai, a last minute search found us at this hotel. Staying 2 nights. Suits us as a couple - room looks newly furnished and well maintained. Desk staff friendly helpful and organized, polite. Top spot.

My daughter and I stayed at the Citadines on Bourke on Saturday and Sunday night, we had a single bed each which was very comfortable, the quilt was fantastic. I cannot say enough about how clean the room was. The location is excellent and staff are courteous and efficient. There was no outside noise, however we could hear what appeared... More

The room itself was great, all we caould have expected. Its in a great location with so many places to shop, eat and drink nearby. Unfortunately I left a jacked in the room and called that afternoon to let them know. I ended up calling 3 times befre i was told it wasn't in the room and there wan not... More

We stayed there in august for 3 nights and were very happy with the hotel, staff and location. We would definently stay there again. The rooms are clean and spacious and fully contained and serviced daily, if I had a gripe it would be I didn't have a shower cap!! The hotel is close enough to everything yet far away... More

The entry to the hotel is large and the reception is basic, but nice. We were upgraded from a 1 bedroom ex to a premier, for no reason which was nice! Our room was so clean, very big and lovely views of the city. Huge shower, great size of TV in the living room and a smaller one in the... More

This hotel's great location is not its only feature. We stayed for 5 nights with another couple in a 2 bed, 2 bath deluxe apartment, then downsized to a smaller studio unit when the other couple visited friends locally. Both apartments were superb, very comfortable, clean, quiet and serviced daily (except Sundays). The desk staff were extremely, prompt, courteous and... More

Shower - cold and too hot alternately, advertised as king bed in room but actually had two twins pushed together. For the price we paid (around $150/night), would have expected more.
