A welcoming reception area for such a large hotel. Love this hotel, the rooms are beautifully appointed, love the bathroom and the beds are so comfy. After staying at Cavendish House (horribly run by Quest Flinders Lane), we decided to stay at the Hilton instead. What a relief that the service was so much better. The rooms were comfortable with lots of extra amities. Will stay here again when next in Melbourne. more
