A very nice hotel, very modern, clean and stylish setting. The free breakfast was disappointing with your usual cereal, toast and juice. They offered the upgrade hot breakfast for more $$$$ like really? For what it was worth it really should be included. Just something to think about to lift the game and service.

Stayed over Easter and was grateful and surprised to have an early checkin on day of arrival 10am. One room was great the other had noisy bathroom ventilation that could be heard over the air-conditioning. Called reception and fobbed off with it does make some noise. Tried napping on the afternoon with tv and air-conditioning on, dozed off eventually woke... More

The hotel is down a small side street but it is easy enough to find, Google maps is accurate and I managed to find the hotel on foot following a 15 minute walk from Southern Cross Station. The hotel is clean and modern with helpful staff and the room was very spacious accompanied with the all the things that a... More

We spent 4 nights in this hotel and we were very happy with our stay. We found all staff to be friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable, clean and very quiet. The location is central to everything in the city, which is very convenient. Continental breakfast was included with our room booking and there was a variety of selections,... More

This hotel is close to everything in the city. Although it is in a central location, it is very quiet. Staff were nice. Rooms clean. Facilities good. No free wifi. Beds were comfortable. No mini bar. Not bad value for money.

My boyfriend and I stayed at Causeway 353 for 2 nights after arriving in Melbourne from the UK. We got the skybus from the airport for $18 each which dropped us at the bus terminus from where we got a complimentary bus to the hotel - all very straightforward. The hotel is in a great location right in the heart... More

Good location and that is where it ends Unfortunatley. The first night we checked in we were drifting off to sleep and at midnight the evacuation/fire alarm went off. We rushed downstairs into little Collins street. Stood here into the cold for an hour with no explanation of what was happening. The night guard (red hair, not sure of name,... More

Right in the heart of Melbourne. Easy access to trams, shopping and restaurants. Would recommend. Staff very friendly and helpful, especially the gentleman who welcomes you to breakfast. Breakfast basic and quality varied each day but nothing to worry to much about. Rooms clean and tidy but not hugely spacious. No view from rooms except a brick wall but this... More

My husband and I stayed for the World Cup Cricket Final arriving Friday 27th Mar- 30th Mar. Prices were more costly due to this event Well located- main Entrance down laneway off Little Collins Street. Our room was at the back of the hotel which didn't really bother us as we were out most of the time. Bed very comfortable,... More
