My husband and I stayed at the Seasons during the xmas break and the shopping frenzy in Melbourne and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The rooms were very clean, the reception staff very very helpful and cheeful - we loved the modern touch and privacy it offered. We really couldnt fault it. We booked our room with the bfast option,... More

Close to trams, however is in business area, little walk to convenience store. Overall nice experience. Asked for upgrade though because the original room booked was tiny and without a separate sitting/tv room. paid only extra $10 per night for much improved self contained suite. Best suited to business people.

My girlfriend and I booked a last minute trip to Melbourne in April 2009. Due to it being last minute we were not in a position to spend lots of money, and eventually came accross this hotel which appeared to be good value. We were extremely happy with the Cleanliness of the Hotel, the rooms were very modern and extremely... More

Because we were a group of 1 couple plus 2 singles we needed to find a place that had 2 bedrooms with one that included twin singles. This limited our options and it was during the Australian Open so it became quite a task to find a suitable place. After much research I decided on the Seasons Heritage, I thought... More

Our first couple of night in melbourne was spent in this lovely hotel tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. The first impression of the hotel was great, the reception area - the heritage building was warm and welcoming with friendly reception staff as well. From there we entered the modern area of the hotel, the... More

We booked into this hotel for a two day stay after reading reviews about size of rooms, balcony and views of lake!! We booked a one bedroom apartment due to the fact that I cannot be in "confined areas". When we went to the room, it was a double bed and no bigger than a normal room in a hotel.... More

Stayed here overnight to avoid getting a cab home after a business function. Paid $117 (incl breakfast) via the hotel website. Pays to check - wotif and hotel club also had the same rate, but you will incur booking fees. Parking is $15 extra (free parking on street from 6pm - 8am, parking inspectors are very strict on this street... More

When we arrived in Melbourne, we thought we had made a mistake as the hotel was quite a way out of the city, but once we had orientated ourselves to the excellent tram system, we knew we had made a good choice. Even in the rush hour it takes only 15 minutes to get into the city centre by tram.... More

When entering the room, was so excited as I have high expectation but a little bit disappointed that it was small and the bedroom has no ensuite :( The kitchen was small (was expecting full-size fridge but only get small bar fridge). The corridor to the lounge room and balcony is very narrow. However the reception staff are friendly and... More

We run a very busy business 7 days a week. Can only get away for 1 or 2 nights at a time. Chose Seasons Heritage for its location instead of City for relaxation. Selected Winter Warmer Package and were very pleasantly surprised. I normally hate checking in as have never found any pleasant staff on reception anywhere else. All staff... More
