I moved units twice Check your glasses and mould , went down to breakfast and felt like I was intruding rather than welcomed Hot food arrived cold to the table , yucky coffee, unpleasant experience Feel sorry for the housekeepers , they have to clean 15 units they told me in 5 hours and don't get paid if taking longer,... We booked a 3 night stay in a deluxe 1 bedroom apartment, advertised to contain a double bed and a sofa bed. We were very unimpressed when we arrived to be told by reception staff that none of their rooms contained sofabeds, that we must have misread this (although it had been clearly advertised online - specifically why we had... We stayed four nights at the Seasons Heritage in June 2012 and were very impressed. After a 21-hour flight from New York, we arrived in Melbourne at 8am and expected to have to wait until 2pm to check-in. Thankfully, the hotel already had our room prepared (and even upgraded us from a standard room to an apartment). The apartment consisted... More

Convenient location on tram line between CBD and St Kilda is about the main thing this place has got going for it. Staff are kind and well meaning, but numerous minor foul-ups (both service and technical) suggest a decided lack of professionalism in management. Rooms are decent, but not as posh as exterior decor would like you to think. Bathroom... More

Check in was fine but when I got to my room there was dried urine and hair around the toilet. I informed management and they moved me rooms. I must say that a standard room is very small and if there are two of you, there will be no room for your suitcases. The room that they moved me to... More

This is a lovely hotel closer to St Kilda than the CBD. Rooms are small but have all mod cons, and most rooms are small in Melbourne anyway. The decor is modern considering it looks like you are walking into a country house when you first arrive. Staff are friendly and knoweldgeable and one night we suffered some noisy neighbours.... I recently stayed at the Seasons Heritage Hotel in Melbourne last month for my aunties 90th birthday. I usually stay and the hotel next door but throught i'd give the seasons a try because of its bargan rate. I stayed for 7 nights in a standard room, 1326 or 27. Wouldnt recommend a standard room for that long, quite small,... More

Initial impressions were excellent; the reception staff were very friendly and informative. My partner and I were staying in one of the heritage suites, and were not let down by the quality of the room in the slightest. The room was quite large and its open floor plan and cleanliness were rather refreshing. The bathroom was quite sizable; we didn’t... More

Stayed here for 6 nights. Good position on St Kilda Road, tram stop right there and good distance between St Kilda and CBD. CBD is not within comfortable walking distance.
