Room was small but clean with really good king size bed. The window was dirty from outside so couldn't enjoy the view. Tram stop right outside the hotel; very easy to go to the city or St Kilda. Didn't have time to use most of the hotel amenities. Service was professional, not friendly. more

Stayed in a joint deluxe 1 bedroom and studio room with balcony looking out over St Kilda Rd. Nice rooms that were fairly basic but quite modern.
