After spending some time in some god-awful hostels in Australia, this was a godsend.. i stayed at the Greenhouse for 4/5 months, and it became a second home. I have stayed in countless backpackers around the world and this one definitely makes the top three worst. It's very dirty and noisy, has something of a ridiculous setup, with stairs to climb on the ground floor before you can get to the lift and then reception on the sixth floor. We stayed here 3 nights but should have stayed 9 nights. It said on there website that you get a welcome pack (no welcome pack). It was so noisy all day and night that it was hard to sleep.
