Stayed here in a room with two double beds. I'd been informed of the noise problems and it is noisy, we stayed on the 4th floor and a recycle truck came by one morning and woke us all. The windows open and are not double glazed which is really necessary here as it is the middle of the city. But... More

I chooses this hotel total based on its location and price by ignoring many negative points from reviews. I stayed in the 2 Bedroom Family Apartment; the size was gigantic 100 square meter! 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a kitchen, a huge living room and a terrace. This room type is located off the hotel main building (thus, no wifi here).... More

We had a room on the 5th floor. It was clean, quiet and exactly what we expected. The room appeared to have a new bathroom and new kitchen sink. It had 2 hot plates, small fridge and some basic cooking utensils. There was no microwave, toaster or other features so if you are after a studio apartment and plan to... More

That is where my review stops. Good location, mouldy bathrooms, dirty rangehood with I dont know what hanging from it, small rooms and very noisy.other hotels in same location which I will try next time. I wont be going back.

This hotel has a great location, close to everything and great food places near by. We had a top floor room and it was very noisy. Windows do not seal (Older design) so rattle and the wind whistles in. Interior was clean but very rough as the hotel is showing its age. For a budge friendly stay in the city... More

Great Location surrounded by fantastic restaurants in Hardware Lane. Parking was a 200 metre walk, so if you have a few bags, might need to drop it off before you park the car. Basic type room on the 5th floor, clean, but a little noisy. Had to have a COLD shower on the first morning I stayed, but old mate... More

My husband and I have stayed here three times now. On this visit we had issues with the room we were given. We spoke to Ci Ci at reception and she quickly and efficiently fixed the problem. The location is fantastic right on Little Burke st. and a stones throw away from Hardware Lane with its many restaurants. The standard... More

The location of this cheap hotel is great, right in the CBD walkable distance to most of the tourist places and lots of eateries around. The rooms were small with ample facilities. TV was tiny with just 3 channels! No view from the room windows, and the hallways are small and creepy. Best deal if you are looking just for... More

We stayed 3 nights here. I must say that after booking and reading all the negative reviews I prepared myself for the worst. Fortunately it wasn't that bad. Studio was ok size with a small kitchenette but outdated, those walls need to be painted. Beds were comfortable same as pillows. Bathroom was the only place we didn't need to turn... More
