Great Location surrounded by fantastic restaurants in Hardware Lane. Parking was a 200 metre walk, so if you have a few bags, might need to drop it off before you park the car. Basic type room on the 5th floor, clean, but a little noisy. Had to have a COLD shower on the first morning I stayed, but old mate... More

My husband and I have stayed here three times now. On this visit we had issues with the room we were given. We spoke to Ci Ci at reception and she quickly and efficiently fixed the problem. The location is fantastic right on Little Burke st. and a stones throw away from Hardware Lane with its many restaurants. The standard... More

The location of this cheap hotel is great, right in the CBD walkable distance to most of the tourist places and lots of eateries around. The rooms were small with ample facilities. TV was tiny with just 3 channels! No view from the room windows, and the hallways are small and creepy. Best deal if you are looking just for... More

We stayed 3 nights here. I must say that after booking and reading all the negative reviews I prepared myself for the worst. Fortunately it wasn't that bad. Studio was ok size with a small kitchenette but outdated, those walls need to be painted. Beds were comfortable same as pillows. Bathroom was the only place we didn't need to turn... More

Arrived in Melbourne with 3 friends on Saturday for the melbourne cup. I had a 2 bedroom suite booked for four nights. On first impressions the suite.was tidy, clean and the perfect location to all the CBD offers. After settling in on our first nights sleep the noise was evident and got no better as the night went on. Although... More

I booked the studio apartment because the description said it had a full kitchen. How wrong that was. A full kitchen means you can use it to cook, appropriate kitchenware is supplied, and there would be a microwave as well as pots and pans. This kitchen had a sink, a cooktop, plates, cups, glasses and enough cutlery for two people.... More

Very quick check in after a long flight from the UK, and the apartment was clean and well equipped. A great location for exploring the city and we were quite happy during our five night stay. Only two small issues - the noise from bin lorries in the morning meant we were awake early and we could only get around... More

The best thing about this hotel is an excellent location in the middle of Melbourne where you can travel by foot to almost every attractions, many restaurants down the road. The room was clean but small, staffs were friendly. Extremely noisy at night, hard to get a nights sleep. TV got limited channel, the remote didn't worked. Acceptable with the... More

Tiny TV with only 2 channels. Drab rooms, rock hard Bed. Only thing going for this Hotel is location but have stayed in many Hotels in the CBD with just as good a location that were much more comfortable. Overpriced for what you get. Will not stay here again.

This little hotel is in an excellent location within easy walking distance of just about everywhere in Central Melbourne but also close to the tram routes & Flinders Street Station for suburban trains to say Brighton. The rooms are small but very comfortable with a little kitchen so you can prepare breakfast, or small meals, excellent if you're staying for... More
