I stayed for 2 days and I felt very comfortable with the apartment. I enjoyed clean bathroom and the location of the apartment is very close to CBD and there are a lot of cafes near the accommodation. Also, it is very close to train station so i felt very convenient when i stayed there.

Great place to stay when you are in Melb. Very central, walked to pretty much every venue I needed to get to. The place has everything you need really ... wifi, fridge, stove etc. and waking up to that view was quite spectacular!

Stayed in two different apartments run by Living Corporate, both in City Point building. Both times I stayed for about a month. Happy with all amenities and the convenience of the location. Really nice to have a "home" to come back to after work.

Staying in Central Business District

Neighborhood Profile
Central Business District
Full of discovery and delight, Melbourne’s laneways tease the imagination long after you’ve put your weary feet up to rest. They weave through the heart of the city: cafes, bars, restaurants and boutiques, throbbing with conversation and espresso coffee. You never quite know what you’ll find around the next corner: cobblestone alleys, old beer barrel hoists and even vats of simmering organic soup. There is the air of Berlin in the street art, a touch of Paris in the umbrella-shaded cafes and, reminiscent of Rome, eateries tucked away in the most unlikely of places. Perhaps you might want a break and cross the Yarra River to Southbank - walk along the promenade, bask in the sun at a waterside bar and decide whether to go to the nearby casino or book a ticket at the Melbourne theatre company.
