Tullamore Cottage is a great little place to stay if you want a family getaway. Everything that you need is inside the cottage and the owners, Edward and Michelle, are just a delight to deal with. The grounds are just gorgeous. We packed a ball and spent the afternoons kicking the footy and running around, or going for a bush... More

Had a wonderful 5 days staying at Brigadoon Cottages. We were accommodated in the Cardhu cottage which was more than comfortable and had a wonderful decking out the back which was great to enjoy a coffee and just relax as so quiet. Michelle and Edward are wonderful hosts and keep the property immaculately. The grounds and gardens are just superb... More

We returned to Brigadoon Cottages for a corporate stay of 7 weeks. This time we stayed in the 2 bedroom, single storey cottage ‘Tullamore’. It is a small completely self contained cottage which is quaint and has everything you need including internet. The cleaning standard was very high, everything is spotless. The rooms have black out curtains which are great... More

We stayed one night at the cottages and appreciated the owners hurried to get our cottage ready early as they had had a big group staying previously, so only had a short turn around time. It was extremely clean and tidy but was very cold. This was fixed by the newly laid fire which soon got roaring. They also had... More

We have been to Brigadoon many times over the years and we have just enjoyed another very relaxing weekend. The cottages are extremely well equipped and comfortable. Ed & Michelle's hospitality was once again superlative. Their location in Newborough is central to many of Gippsland's activities and there are a lot of good pubs / restaurants nearby. We plan to... Brigadoon Cottages was a very pleasant surprise. We spent a weekend in a loft suite, and every second of our stay was wonderful. Michelle and Edward are very helpful hosts, and think of every detail - right down to the delicious home-made biscuits in the room, and to real soap, not just little "motel soaps". Our breakfast basket provided enough... More

Highly recommend a stay at Brigadoon. Cottages have a great view, open fireplaces and everything you need. Lots of lovely added extras and the wonderfully warm welcome received by fabulous hosts Edward and Michelle made this a wonderful surprise stopover. Wish we could have stayed longer.
