Our apartment was lovely! Neat, and surprisingly spacious! A TV in the bedroom as well as the lounge, plenty of comfortable seating and bedding. Very clean and tidy bathroom with a nice shower! A well equipped kitchen. The only thing I would change would be that it would be nice to be able to get breakfast supplied to your room.

Location, location, location Close to Salamaca Place, Constitution Dock & Elizabeth St Mall plus there is a bus stop (No 4) almost out the front. ..short walk through Davey park and you are on Salamanca Place & the start of Constitution Dock. Easy walk to Elizabeth St Mall. I stayed in an Executive Room and was impressed with the size... More

Was here for a work trip and loved that the room was huge. Great buig living/dining room, separate kitchen and bedroom. Bathroom was also very large. Great location close to Salamana, would be a great place to stay for a few days to have some space to stretch out.

I just returned from a wonderful week in Hobart, where I stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment at the Mantra One. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and very well located. The apartment was spacious and well appointed. I highly recommend.

Clean and tidy. Rooms offer all amenities. Hotel is on the corner of two very busy roads so expect a little road noise but not to bad. Very close to everything, CBD, public transport, places to eat etc. Shows very good value for money

We had a 4 night stay at the Mantra One Sandy Bay Road (an ex-telephone exchange) and were happy with our Executive 1 bedroom apartment. This place is well located and within walking distance to so many places from Salamanca Square, Battery Point, the waterfront area including ferry to Mona, Art Gallery, etc I have to say that some previous... One room apartment was great heaps of room but they could seriously do with some styling some large bright art pieces on the wall would make them a bit more inviting and friendly very dreary the way they are. Same with reception area when you can find it as it is not on Sandy Bay road as the name suggests.... More

We stayed here recently on a visit to Hobart. The value for money at this hotel cannot be beaten. The location is central, only a short stroll to Salamanca and its many cafes and restaurants, parking is extra (and limited, so book early) but it's underground and secured (perfect for leaving our mountain bikes on the back of the car)....
