The shower pull-out door was broken & the TV didn't work very well(I'd to get the lady who worked there to give me a hand with it as it appeared the channels weren't tuned in properly hence this issue & I missed some of my show in the process),I've genetic arthritis & there were so many stairs & no lift!It... We stayed there only one night and that was enough. Room was small and had no real window but glass bricks. Everything was looking dated and lots of things were broken. Hotel has no elevator, just a small staircase. When we arrived we had to call a number first so somebody would open up for us. The room than had... More

I booked this hotel for the price, it was the least expensive where I could have a room and a private ensuite for the time I was in Hobart (Christmas week). On the positive side, my room was ready when I arrived (around noon). It was clean and the bed was comfy. But that is all for the good stuff.... More

We stayed here because we had to. Hobart was booked out for New Year's Eve. Never again. False advertising. These are far from luxury rooms. Drains smelled rooms dirty. It looked like something from Kings Cross in the sixties. It saving grace was it was very close to the city and Taste of Tasmania

My partner and I stayed here for 2 nights. We arrived at 8pm on a Friday night there was no one at reception. We were locked outside in the cold, had to call a phone number & wait for someone to attend which was 15 minutes in the cold. The receptionist said there was no elevator. Walking up the stairs... I would not recommend anyone to use this property even if they give it free.. I had reserved this hotel using Booking.com.. the owner of the property called me for a different CC (other than American Express). I was on a business trip and not comfortable sharing the details with him on phone so said I will modify booking.com with... More

We booked two STANDARD rooms. If this is what is considered to be a "Comfortable Standard" (quoted from their webpage) than I would hate to see low standard. There were wires hanging from the lights in the ceiling. The entire website is a lie. States there is ironing facilities, yet when asked, the woman had to 'go and find it'... More

The advertising said "luxurious apartments" - there was nothing luxurious about our room!! Our room was very small, 2 ceiling lights didn't work, there was a hole in the wall with wires coming out, the bathroom smelt of sewerage, the TV antenna cable was sticky taped to the cabinet and the input socket - unsuccessfully I might add and any...
