Easy access to Salamanca area and the mall. No on site parking is a mild irritant BUT 2 blocks away you can park for a cut rate as a patron of the hotel. Dropping off luggage can be difficult as the road outside offers no long term parking. If you arrived by yourself it would be difficult to leave the... More

This is a really good hotel in a top location, at the Salamanca end of the mall. Large room with kitchenette and good size bathroom. The staff were really good. There's no onsite parking but a parking station a couple of blocks away which they give you vouchers for. My room didn't have an external window which I'd ask for... More

I stayed at Quest Savoy in October 2014 and found it to be a brilliant hotel. It's not a large hotel, but this little gem offers everything you could need. The hotel is well situated in the heart of Hobart within walking distance of all CBD attractions and transport. The receptionists are friendly and helpful, my room was clean and... More

Stayed here on business. For my usual one night stay, I'm not really fussy. I get in late, sleep and check out. The Quest Savoy wouldn't be on my recommended list. One thing that is important to me is a window - by this I mean I want to be able to see outside the property. I don't really care... More

Have stayed several times in recent weeks, and will stay again. Very well placed in the centre of town, so access to eating establishments is good .Friendly and welcoming staff who are very helpful make the experience a good one. Rooms are spacious and generally comfortable, and very well appointed.Try to avoid adjoining rooms if traveling solo, as the noise... More

I recently stayed for two nights with a work colleague. Our flight was delayed and we didn't arrive until around midnight which was after reception hours. The owner stuck around after hours to check us in and he was very friendly and welcoming. The room was neat and tidy and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The only... More

Right in the CBD it's easy to get around on foot. Close to most Hobart attractions. Large comfortable room though a little dated. I had room 301 which has no windows to outside. Avoid 301 etc for this reason. Easy transport to & from airport right outside. Inexpensive and good value.

Small, but well appointed with everything you need in an apartment accommodation. Continental Breakfast is free for business travelers, but they don't advertise this until you go to pay. (A colleague paid for his breakfast on first morning, but got it free the next morning, whereas I booked mine back to my room, so on the second morning the more... More

I stayed here for one night in business. Hobart has s lack of good hotels but this one was ok. Good clean amenities and located close to the mall. A short stroll and you are at the docks. Happy with the service and hotel staff. Mall is just over the road

We have stayed here before. It is located right down town, walking distance from the harour. It is across the street from the Dome cafe for breakfast. Probably best to go out for breakfast if you want more than a simple coffee. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff members we met were responsive and helpful.
