We just stayed six nights at Fountainside, and loved every one of them. Great rooms, good staff, very reasonable prices, even the mini-bar drinks and snacks are a bargain! Sure, the hotel looks like crap from the outside, but it's on the inside that matters. And that's where they've put a lot of effort fixing it up.

We found this to be a wonderful place to stay. The room rates are very reasonable for the location which is easy walking to the wharf. The mini bar,wines and breakfast are user friendly. The wifi works great in the rooms. The rooms are large and clean. The staff very friendly and efficient. We highly recommend.

Very good place to stay for reasonable price. Easy to find and within quick walking distance to shops restuarants and sights. Good room service and best of all spotless bathroom. Mod cons and bed is just perfect.

Don't let the outside of the hotel put you off - inside the room was lovely. Spacious, clean, comfortable, great TV and a sizable bathroom with everything provided. The breakfast was good value and I would definitely stay there again.
