Stayed here in family room and it has everything that we required. Kids enjoyed the pool and Mini Golf. The buffet breakfast was ok, maybe a bit overpriced. Although there was a lot of people having breakfast the staff was slow to replenish the buffet which was slight annoying. All in all we will stay here again

Our room had a loungeroom and a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. Loungeroom and bedrooms both had tv's.Bathroom had complimentary shampoo, conditioners etc.Heat pump in lounge as well as heater in bedroom. We had our dinner in the Casino and a few drinks and it's a nice quick walk back.

Stayed here one night for work. Paid around $150 for the room and a hot buffet breakky in the morning. The staff were lovely - super quick check in and check out. Free wifi and a few movie channels on TV. The room is very basic, but comfy and clean. Fine for a quick stay. The hotel is about a... More

After initially being disappointed about no vacancies in the tower we were no longer disappointed when staying at the motor inn. The room was a mix of old furnishing with refurbished fixtures. We especially loved the Hollywood lights of the bathroom. The beds were amazingly comfortable and soft. I do question security as I closed the key swipe door when... More

The rooms are comfortable containing 1 x queen and 1 x single bed with pillowtop mattresses. Great block out curtains and motel basics (bar fridge, kettle and toaster). Free tea, coffee, real milk, biscuits and good wifi. A few pointers for anyone with mobility issues: * Steps to upper level and lower level (apparently there is a lift at the... More

Only stayed here one night with friends and had no problems at all. Greeted on arrival by friendly staff, asked if we needed help with luggage or valet parking. Check in was fast and easy. ( As was check-out) Our rooms were clean, beds comfy. Loved the crispy clean white sheets on the queen size bed. The rooms all had... More

Unaware of the long weekend and the Wooden Boat festival , hotels in Hobart were packed. I have to settle for the Wrest Point Motor Inn which has not gone thru a major upgrade for a long long time. Reception in the main casino tower was swift and friendly . But not happy with the 1% surcharge for usage of... More

Recently stayed here, using a room modified for wheelchair bound guests, such as myself. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was laid out very well and suited my needs perfectly. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, and even though the hotel is now 40 years old, and perhaps could do with a little upgrade, there... More

The room was clean had a queen and single bed (there were 3 of us) and was approx $149 a night(we stayed 2 nights). The bed was extremely comfortable and had a pillowtop mattress and curtains made room really dark so we all slept in. Shower was fantastic and had great pressure. Downside was when you walk in we were... More

Hooray someone knows how to color co-ordinate these rooms may have been smaller but they were cheaper still a nice ground floor view would prefer to stay here rather than the towers complex you still get to use all the facilities
