Easy to find, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Was accommodated at the back which was quiet. Staff helpful, clean small room and breakfast available. Unfortunately, having three beds in the room made it a little crowded.

Average basic 3 star hotel. Room was clean but furnishings are shabby and outdated. Bathroom with basic amenities provided. Room has a small fridge and tea making facilities. No WiFi in the room but is available in the reception area. This property is not suitable for those without their own transport as there are no shops or restaurants close by... More

Very very dirty! Smallest room I've ever seen for $90 a night. Super cheap outdated furniture. Light fitting coming out of walls and blind fallin apart. Hairs everywhere, dirty walls, stained sheets, Missing paint and a toilet that looks like it belonged in a jail! and so loud we could not sleep, we could hear upstairs walking and jumping around... i booked a flights & hotel package and while I realized this property is not central, I didn't understand how poorly located it is from a tourist perspective (tourist without car). the room was clean with small fridge, coffee/tea, towels and shampoo. the bathroom was quite old and worn out, shower drain not working properly. we arrived early and the... I booked this as the very last property listed on wotif for the long weekend. I was pleasantly surprised. It was ideally situated for where I was going (The Domain), it was very clean, had the basic room facilities required and was extremely quiet (we were at the back). reception staff were efficient and helpful. Free wifi was available in... More

Business needs meant I needed a room in Hobart at last minute. My regular accommodation was fully booked and there were a couple of rooms available at the Hobart Tower Motel which is actually located in adjacent suburb of New Town. Interesting old motel dating from the fifties and housed in an historic house with attached units. Reception was okay-... More

Room was smelling musky needed constant venting. Smoking near our room made the smell come into the window. Room was not very clean the carpet needs cleaning and the bathroom needs cleaning, the cutlery was only wiped and had food left on them. We did get every day clean towels, shampoo and soap. The linen had black hair all over... More

We booked a room for my friend's parents who were travelling from China for the first time, via a booking website. Booking was confirmed. Some time after we were contacted by the booking website that the hotel had cancelled the booking - as the father's name was apparently listed by the hotel owner as being a female PRO... This is budget accommodation, but satisfactory for our needs, which was a place to sleep and have a shower. Small room, beds OK. No extras such as tissues or biscuits. Handy to the city. We would probably stay elsewhere if there was other accommodation available for a reasonable price.
