I have stayed here a number of times including within the last week of this review. I have always found it to be clean an comfortable. I have stayed in several rooms and they all have been this way. It is budget accommodation rather than luxury. The staff are always polite and breakfast is nice though at a very limited... More

We booked a room here and ended up in a room in the old block of the motel. We stayed for 4 nights. we were allocated a twin room The room was pokey. There was no A/C, the room had fridge and tea/coffee making facilities as well as a TV. The motel had a guest laundry. The beds were OK... More

Booked via Booking.com for a double bed which was advertised as the last remaining room. Received an email later from the hotel stating they only had two twin beds and asking if we still wished to confirm the booking. Despite replying via email, which they state they have no record of, that single beds would not be acceptable and to... More

Booking for 2bedroom family room on ground floor suitable for person with disability! On arrival informed that the room is on 2nd floor, totally unsuitable, offered ground floor for 2nd nights stay, however, that turned out to be 2 seperate rooms. The rooms are out dated and the whole accommodation experience was totally disappointing! The staff are friendly and courteous... More

It was a bit like stepping back to the 1970s. The layout of the motel incorporates parking just outside the rooms, and it's just off a busy road, so it was pretty noisy all night. Add to that the saggy bed, archaic furniture and bathroom fittings and there's not much to recommend the place. When we arrived in our rental... More

Courteous staff but sadly room was dirty, walls horrible, room smelt so bad. We had a noisy family next door and dad was outside our room, beer In hand, cigarette in mouth.....the smoke leeched into our room. To their credit, we got refunded all our money back and found a wonderful hotel to stay in. It was falsely advertised as... More

Booked a two bedroom apartment, what we got really couldn't be described as such. The second lot of beds was in the lounge area, and the lounge had no lounges...so when in the lounge you had to sit on someones bed, and those sleeping in the real bedroom had to walk through this area to get to the bathroom.

For the money you are paying on a Friday and Saturday night in a busy time of the year you should at least have a hot shower! Having a cold shower each morning isn't my cup of tea! the room wasn't as clean as i would like! If you like sleeping on rocks then this place is for you, bed... More

We hit this motel on possibly the busiest weekend of December 2013. It was okay but if we had our time again and plenty of time we'd stay elsewhere. Rooms are clean but not spotless. The carpet is very dirty. This was booked through our travel agent and all that was available from September. We were a little disappointed as... More

The room was very dirty. The walls were filthy, there were hairs on the pillows, the mattress was so old and the springs were sticking in me all night and was very lumpy. There was a huge crack in the basin in bathroom, the window ledge above the shower was filthy.. The tv was in the room with 3 single... More
