The hotel was quite basic, but comfortable. The staff were friendly, with the check in and out processed quite easy. I was travelling by myself, and had booked a double room, but ended up with a triple room, with a double bed and 2 singles. The room and bathroom are very basic, and a bit cold, but loved the electric... More

This two bedroom apartment was really two rooms with a separate bathroom. You could hear everything going on in the neighbouring rooms, there were hairs everywhere, and creepy bugs crawling on the bed, which was too short - something I have never encountered before. The electric blanket on my bed had the prongs in the plug bent, but I was... More

Got a good deal from hotels.com for the family room that can accomodate up to 6 people, we were 4 of us. At first the room felt really cold, but we turned the heaters on and by the time we got back from dinner it was nice and warm. It is a simple place, beds were big and they even... More

If you're willing to compromise on luxury and cleanliness (even the English language) than this place is for you. Waited 15 mins to check in, when someone finally came they served the Asian people that had only been there for 2 min. Not impressed. The rooms were ok, besides the lights that didn't work and the hap hazard cleaning effort.... More

I have stayed here a number of times including within the last week of this review. I have always found it to be clean an comfortable. I have stayed in several rooms and they all have been this way. It is budget accommodation rather than luxury. The staff are always polite and breakfast is nice though at a very limited... More

We booked a room here and ended up in a room in the old block of the motel. We stayed for 4 nights. we were allocated a twin room The room was pokey. There was no A/C, the room had fridge and tea/coffee making facilities as well as a TV. The motel had a guest laundry. The beds were OK... More

Booked via Booking.com for a double bed which was advertised as the last remaining room. Received an email later from the hotel stating they only had two twin beds and asking if we still wished to confirm the booking. Despite replying via email, which they state they have no record of, that single beds would not be acceptable and to... More
