We stayed there two nights and night manager lady was awesome. She was very helpful, friendly and she maintained the environment great. No noise, clean and if you ask for anything it would be done in minutes. I was happy to stay in this place. Just book in and don't worry about anything else.

I chose this hostel because they said they has parking which actually meant 4 spaces in an alley... Very disappointing. Even if you get a space there alley parking isn't the best since it's a puzzle for people to be able to get to their cars. The reception staff is nice and helpful. Kitchen and facilities are pretty clean. There... More

I stayed two nights here in a 16bd female dorm. Staff were great, Melinda definitely gave the place a great vibe. Extremely welcoming, friendly and eager to help whenever she could. The common area and kitchen were very clean and tidy. The outdoor area was nice and relaxing, there was also a pool table and ping pong table available for... More

This hostel has everything you need and the most awesome, helpful staff! I stayed for 2 weeks and felt at home... the kitchen is okay with gas stoves (there ARE lighters for the stove, which is a big improvement compared with other hostels!!) and all the kitchen utensils and fridges you need. The showers and bathrooms are clean and the... More

Disclosure: I haven't really stayed in this hostel. I've booked them for a night's stay but my trip to Tassie ended up being a day trip. They have been very responsive in giving me directions around the city and they haven't charged me a dime when I decided to cancel the booking.

Stayed here one night after camping around Tasmania. It was great to have a bed. This hostel is cheap and doesn't provide much character. Unfortunately, while I was there the internet was down. I wish this was told to me before I checked in because I needed to prepare a lot of travel arrangements as it was my last night... More

My boyfriend and I spent a week in this hostel. First two nights in a 6 people dorm, with a tiny window that made breathing hard, and noisy beds that woke everyone up whenever someone moved. The next 5 days we spent them in a windowless twin room that only had a small ventilator to provide some fresh air, and... More

This was an OK hostel. The rooms were cheap but the dorms were quite small and crowded, and there wasn't much room to put things. The beds were also quite squeaky and noisy. The common room and kitchen were quite big though, plenty of room for everyone even if it was busy. Lots of information on things to do in... More
