Big lounge room, two bedrooms and even a washing machine! Nice makings for breakfast were supplied too, We could not have asked for anything better. And it's run by very nice people. Coober Pedy itself is a bizarre place and well worth visiting.

Great place to stay underground in Coober Pedy - a bit out of town but excellent quality accommodation with a full size sitting room. Also has a small kitchenette and dining area and washing machine. A great plunge pool and barbecue area add to the package. The quality and attention to detail that the owners Alex and Rose provide is... More

Had a lovely 2 day stay. Rose is a friendly and helpful host. Interesting experience staying in a dugout. Coober Pedy is a unique place with an interesting history. History society's database at the information centre is a good place to learn about the town as well as their history trail. All the churches are beautiful. Rose's fruit compote and... More

We stayed at this B&B with our son and his partner, their first experience in Coober Pedy and underground accommodation. Hosts were fantastic, friendly and helpful. This accommodation was excellent, with well appointed amenities, great continental breakfast and even had an outdoor pool under cover. Overall a great clean quiet and friendly place to stay a little out of town,... More

We loved staying at Down to Erth B & B. It was so much fun that we would do it again one day. Definitely recommend to all. The private pool was especially a highlight for our kids. A very warm thank you to our hosts Rose and Alex.

We really enjoyed staying at the Down to Earth B&B. It was very homey, and the children loved it. The owners were friendly and helpful. We were happy it was outside of of the main town as it was quiet and relaxing. The place was lovely. We would definitely go again.

The little things make such a big difference. So much thought has gone into making this the most enjoyable experience for us all. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending this place to our friends & family. Temperatures were high and underground was very pleasant. The pool was a great place to relax and cool down. Thank you Alex & Rose.

Drove from Darwin to Adelaide, and this has to be the highlight of my trip. The hotel is clearly marked from the highway. Drove in to the guest parking and was greeted with a smiling face and hand shake from Alex. Introduced himself and the place. Had a nice chat and made us feel very welcome. Alex took us on... More

You can't go wrong with this place. Best stay I have ever been. Temperature is maintained so well since its under ground that we got sound sleep even though it was 44c outside. Very well maintained and Alex and Rose turned out to be the best host . Thanks guys
