I suggest that you free camp if you don't need power because power is the only thing this place offers for $ 27.00 a night. The water is not suitable for consumption and the amenities are terrible. I understand that bore water discolours the floor of the amenities, but there is no excuse for the dirty, unkept showers and toilets with... More

I have stayed in many outback accommodation houses - even a tin shed - but this one takes the cake. There is no excuse for an unclean bathroom, ripped carpets, toilet damaged and an unfriendly host. The airconditioner worked which was a plus and there was tea/coffee facilities, but honestly, only use this place if you really need to rest... More

I was a little apprehensive after reading the reviews but when we arrived at 7.30pm we were greeted by friendly staff. The room was clean with plenty of room for our baby's walker so he could stretch his legs too. (no tv but who needs one?) The beds were comfy and clean with electric blankets if you wished. Heated Air... More

After reading the reviews on here I was preparing for the worst. Well it wasn't bad at all. The staff were very friendly & welcoming, rooms were neat & clean & food was awesome. The pub is a beautiful old style building and very nice to eat & relax in. Yes the rooms are basic, they have a bed, bathroom,... More

for $94 for a "budget room" you get a disgusting filthy shabby carpet, atrocious filthy leaking shower and toilet, no TV and over 20 years of travelling through I have yet to be greeted by a friendly staff member. Yet just up the road (Cadney Park, Coober Pedy) or down the road (Pimba, Woomera, Port Augusta) for a similar price... More

There is little to choose from so Do Not expect much! Very expensive ($120 per night) for what you get!!!! The room smelt of smoke, curtains old and dusty, broken window pane, no TV and walls are thin, and noise easily heard from adjoining rooms. The one positive would be the restaurant & bar, the food is delicious and generous... More

Upon arrival and walking up to the counter I was greeted by the reception girl with a glum face and attitude. Not what I'd experienced so far on this solo bike road trip. Rooms were pretty clean and good size. No TV in rooms. Main restaurant was huge. Service from those ladies nice. Whilst backpackers work well they know little... More

After reading previous reviews of the Glendambo Hotel Motel I really wasnt expecting much...but we had to stop somewhere before heading of to the Googs Track for 4 nights. Yes is is $120.00 per night but then again it is in a very isolated part of SA....it wouldnt be easy or cheap to buy supplies, food, or have maintenance done... More

After a long day, Glendambo was well positioned to catch us as we fell off the road, though the graceless service unfortunately made us feel a bit taken for granted. However the room was okay, and cheap, and the water was hot. The fridge froze the drinking water, which was fine as we brought our own, and the bathroom had... More

For $120 I expect to be able to shower children in a clean bathroom. Not one with mould gunk clogging up the plug hole. The whole room was disgusting for the money. Worth no more than $50/night. Bedbugs attacking us all night, holes in wall, shower head falls off because it is too badly rusted. Don't waste your money. People... More
