The buiding is a nice old Victorian house, with lot of character, the staff is helpful and friendly. 10 out of 10 for friendly hostel staff and good value daily excursions/hostel meals offered but this place needs a good clean. The daily cleaning is not done by proper cleaners but backpackers getting free bed and board, who use washing up liquid and cold water.
