When you spend a reasonable amount to stay in a decent hotel you expect some basics :1. help with your bags if you obviously need it (ie they dont have a concierge) 2. not to have to pay for a newspaper 3. free parking (fair enough to pay extra for valet). The hotel is pretty and minimalist and the rooms... more

My wife and I stayed here for 1 week - Very helpful/polite staff - We stayed in a studio - Very clean - Can't speak highly enough of the front desk staff – The attached restaurant was very good, if that is not to your taste then you are in walking distant to a host of local restaurants - more

This hotel is in a great location and the clean, spacious 2 bedroom suites were very reasonably priced and well set up. It is less than 2 minutes walk to the rundle st mall. The trouble started later. It was almost as if we had landed on the Gold Coast during schoolies week! Noise from both sides was very loud... more

We had a two bedroom apartment and had a very enjoyable three nights stay. The room has modern and quality furnishings and I think definitely of a four star class. We did find our room very clean and the living area and bedrooms quite spacious. There were four of us and when we arrived there were not enough chairs and... more

I stayed at the Mantra on Hindmarsh for four nights when visiting Adelaide. The room was nice, but just a couple of pointers: They said rooms had balconies, but the balconies on most of the rooms above the 1st floor are like small triangles, so not really much good to sit out on. The gym is a bedroom with a... more

We arrived on Sunday the 12th of October in the evening. The hotel room was modern and comfortable and had all the major facilities that one could want apart from an in-room safe. The best thing about this hotel for visitors to Adelaide is the location. Hindmarsh Square is in the centre of Adelaide and is only a short walk... more

This was a nice, comfortable hotel in an excellent central location. We booked online and check in was a breeze. We didn't interact much with the hotel staff apart from checking in and out, but they did appear to be friendly and accomodating. We had a one bedroom suite which had all the basics one would expect. The room was... more

We booked 2 rooms and were given the rooms next to each other. There was an aditional external door before our room doors which meant we could lock this external door and leave our room doors open. It felt like one big suite. Our rooms were on the 7th floor. Each room had a very large terrace with a great... more

I have stayed at the Pacific International twice in recent years and both times I have been impressed with the quality of the rooms and the friendly service. The one bedroom apartment is a good size with modern furnishings and a basic kitchen facility. The room and all contents were very clean. The buffet breakfast is substantial but is usually... more

The Pacific International is located in Hindmarsh Square which is approx 5-10minutes walk to Rundle Street Mall in the CBD. Check In – On arrival we were allocated to a room which had no balcony. After complaining that I had requested a balcony on booking, management has happy to enough to change our room to another with a balcony even... more
