“Maybe I just had the one bad room...”

I was assigned room 44 which didn't match the descriptions given online or over the phone. "We have marble bathrooms" obviously didn't mean "all" rooms have marble bathrooms and the furnishings were also in very poor shape. “Great location”

Walking distance to art gallery ,botanic gardens and zoo,close to cafes and shopping.although there is a bar in the first floor room was very Room good but common areas a bit tired.breakfast plenty but limited variety.
