This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. I can't believe it is marketed as a 4 star property. I have NEVER seen such a small and pokey room in my life. Unbelievably small! Our room smelt of cigarette smoke, the window was jammed shut and looked out to a cement wall. It was so claustrophobic.... more

Stay in an economy room was just that ... economy. Paid a small price for bed and breakfast and got a small room. The breakfast was a buffet of good standard - interesting automatic pancake machine. Happy hour was under-subscribed, but $3 for a glass of wine (inc sparkling) or beer with canapes is good value in any capital city.... more

I wouldn't recommend this place. It's been renovated, but retains all of the original structural design problems. For example, the bathroom in my room was old, poorly designed and equipped and not what you would expect for the price. The room was also very small. The gym or equipment room were a bit of a joke (a treadmill and a... more

The rooms were very nice on first impressions, however when I went to shower there was hair in the shower and on the floor by the garbage bin, also mould in the shower. The shower water pressure was terrible, it felt like a sprinkle. Also the rooms were that hot and stuffy all night even after turning the cooling up... more

the room and ensuite are the smallest area i have experienced. the double room has not much space to move around and the bathroom is 1/3 the size of the room. i chose this hotel cos it is in town but the underground carpark is very difficult to park as it has a lot of pillars and u need to... more

This hotel is NOT as advertised. The rooms are small, NO satellite TV,NO mini bar, NO furniture except for a plastic chair, NO facilities, NO bath, just a tiny shower and filthy counter top. Very NOISY, you can hear all the bathroom noises from the adjoining rooms. I booked 4 star but was given 2 star accom. I was seething... more

I booked two rooms for 2 families at this hotel on 8/4 and 15/4/09 prior to reading previous reviewers comments and was very nervous. I rang the hotel a few weeks prior to coming and requested for quiet and larger rooms as we have young children. Upon arrival the hotel staffs knew exactly who we are and our romms have... more

We stayed in the Queen Standard room and had absolutely NO expectations after reading the reviews here only after we had booked the room. We arrived at about 6pm and found no problems during check-in. The manager in charge were very helpful with the check-in and answering our questions on Adelaide and our request for things like extra blankets etc.... more

We had booked a suite when we got there the front desk staff couldn't seem to find our reservation. None of the front desk staff knew what was going on. Eventually they found our reservation. The room was small, no bath robes, small bathroom, no spa bath just a crappy shower. We had organised a late check out for midday,... more

an abysmal hotel - decor in the "standard" rooms are a disgusting battleship grey, the rooms i was given was at the back of the hotel about a mile away from the lift with a bad back i struggled to get my bag to the room, the keycards are impossible to use, and finally, the room i was given backed... more
