I choose to stay at the Mercure Adelaide as it is good value and extremely central for all my requirements. I has a good exercise facility and the staff have always been excellent,inattention to detail. I have no reason to try other hotels, Don Chambers

Hotel was extremely clean & suits those looking for clean comfortable accommodation. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was a little expensive for what was served. Overall, great place & location, room a tad small but it suited me this trip.

No shampoo in room. Parking underground very hard to navigate even in a small car. Could not get into the hotel at street level and had to drive around the block several times then ring the hotel to find out where to park to check in.Very confusing.

When I asked for an upgrade (sometime you get one free as a Le Club member) I was told the hotel was fully booked out, however when my colleague complained about the air con noise he was moved to the Executive floor?!? Also, found it very odd that there was no face washers.
