tried the IC Adelaide for a weekend away in Adelaide. the location was great. Hotel itself is slightly dated but very comfortable and clean. Service was great however a few slip ups on the way. I called a week earlier to arrange a bottle of Champagne to be in the room on check in as we were celebrating our anniversary,... More

Stayed for two nights at this hotel. Service was good and breakfast was included, although service at breakfast left a bit to be desired. I wondered if they would ever get around to serving us some coffee. Room was good but bathroom in need of a little bit of updating. Restaurant was excellent. Location very good also. Would stay there... More

We stayed here for a couple of nights to go to a conference in the Adelaide Conference Centre next door. Having stayed in an Intercontinental hotel before, we were expecting a small room well presented and nothing else. This time was different - the room was a good size, the bed was massive, the view was nice over the river... More

On checkin, the staff confirmed the request I had noted with my room booking, and that they had changed my room to meet my preferences. Checkin couldn't be smoother. Room was spacious with lovely natural light (high room, river facing). Perfect location for meetings in town, and a dinner at the convention center meaning a short walk back to the... More

We checked in to this hotel after 7 days "out bush". We had stayed in a variety of lodgings en route from Broken Hill to Cameron Corner, Arkaroola and the Clare Valley. Settling into the comfort of the Intercontinental Adelaide for the last two days of my wife's parents' visit was a real treat. We had two king size bedrooms... More

Large hotel room with a decent bathroom. Pros: Spacious, clean room with a couch and big bed. Large tv in the room. Service was good. Large window with a good view and lots of natural light. Cons: Building and facilities was a little dated/tired.

Great hotel and great service. Would stay there again and would recommend. Room was very and the breakfast was great. The location of the hotel was close to the city and to many other locations. We stayed for our anniversary and they gave us a nice bottle of bubbly to help celebrate with.

I stayed here in August 2014 for 2 nights for a business conference and my husband and 16 month old daughter stayed with me too. The staff were very attentive, professional and we were given an early check-in and late check-out which was fantastic given our schedule. The hotel is located very close to heaps of public transport and easy... More

Four of us went for high tea located in the restaurant in the foyer area, overlooking the river. A great way to spend a couple of hours. Food was great, we had mini spring rolls, scallops, prawns etc to start with. They were great. Followed by the normal sandwiches ( one cucumber of course), pastries & cake. We started with... More
