This was very basic accommodation within walking distance to most of Adelaide's attractions. It felt like a YMCA from the 70s. Its biggest bonus is that it is close to the Adelaide Markets. The Franklin apartments are in a great location, just a quick walk into Rundle Street Mall and only a block away from the Central Markets.
