We stayed for 3 nights and found the cottage to be a very pleasant surprise. The position is very good being just off O'Connell St which has plenty of good eateries and bars and only 20 mins walk to the City. The bedrooms are fairly "tight" however given that there is a good size lounge room, kitchen and outdoor eating... More

We had 5 wonderful nights in this Victorian cottage. Breakfast makings were included and were quite adequate. The place was spotless and serviced regularly. It is situated within metres of some of the best restaurants in Adelaide who cater to various cuisines. see further reviews. This little cottage welcomed us with the heaters on, soft music playing, gorgeous toiletries ( what brand was the soap please) and delightful personal touches throughout - was warm and very comfortable. Thankyou, can highly recommend this place to stay.

The cottage was formerly a porter's lodge for the Friendship Hall which lies at the back of the cottage on Tyne Street. Now the cottage is a bed and breakfast offer, which... More

Dear Guests, Thank you very much for your thoughtful and objective review of one of our cottages, Chapel Cottage. As we have converted the antique double beds to queen size it has taken up a little more room in the average size bedrooms, but as you say they are cosy. If we had known about your luggage we certainly would... More
