Stayed at the reef view for 4 nights. June still a good time to travel as not too hot during the days. Hotel was as expected. Not overly modern but large spacious rooms. Stayed here for 4 nights in May 2009. The arrival at the airport was fairly well organised with a fleet of buses to take passengers to the hotel. We stayed here for 4 nights and we loved it. Clean room, fantastic view and the breakfest was superb. 2 minutes from the beach and 10 minute walk to the marina. Would def stay here again. Staff was very helpful in planning day trips to great barrier reef and whitehaven beach. more

I just got back from staying at Hamilton Islands Reef View resort. It was a total waste of my time and money. Hamilton Island is very small you can see it all in 15 minutes on a buggy.
