We stayed five days at this resort. The staff were very accomodating and helpful and provided great information on the island and its history and ecology. The breakfast buffet was varied and provided lots of healthy alternatives (as well as yummy treats). The room was spacious and clean. The food was tasty at the restaurant but very expensive and the... More

Gorgeous place to be all around. The Island is lovely and the resort staff also lovely. Rooms were beautiful and suited the Island theme. Restaurant food was great too! We walked right around the Island, snorkelled and sat on the beach longes and soaked up the sun. Only hotel guests there overnight do got very quiet once the last ferry... More

As hotel guests we had private resort areas with a luxury large private room and quiet lounge area and lovely private balcony looking onto a rain forest. Families with small children also well catered for looking onto the pool area. No more than 100 guests at any one time. Staff always had a smile and were professional. Restaurant food very... More

we visited last week and fell in love with the place. Definitely will be returning. Top notch resort! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to make our 5 year old feel special.

This resort was very peaceful and relaxing, and even though they have numerous day trippers on the island it really didn't affect the hotel guests as that area was separate and very quiet. The room itself was lovely and large, well appointed and the bathroom was great with good pressure in the shower and the hot water was hot. The... More

I was more than impressed by Green Island resort. There is an obvious pride in the staff and the culture seems excellent throughout every aspect of the resort. The room was amazing too, very private, comfortable and spacious. Everything was well organised, diving, glass bottom boat. The restaurant served excellent, fresh dishes at reasonable prices. Overall the most impressive aspect... More

Everything's Awesome with one very notable exception, the island and the resort are beautiful and the facilities are fantastic. The guest pool isn't heated but even in winter it's nice to jump in three or four times a day. The pool showeres are kept clean and tidy and well stocked with the complimentary toiletries so it's easy to feel refreshed... More

Our family of four boarded a loaded tourist boat on our Easter Vacation. We booked our tickets via the Port Douglas Tourism Centre in the heart of Port Douglas. As we were staying in Palm Cove we drove to Cairns for our 9am departure. This took approx 45mins to cross the Coral Sea via a fast Catamaran. Our particular day... More
