The rooms where a good size and clean. Restaurants and cafés where in walking distance. One thing did go wrong, one of the milks had been opened and some of the coffee, and some of the toiletry things eg, shampoo and soap where out. But the manger came up and apologised for the inconvenience and refunded $50 off the rooms.... More

Just stayed 4 nights at Park Regis Anchorage for Townsville v8'sw. We thought we had booked a Studio Apartment - eg has kitchenette and laundry. This place calls its hotel rooms studios. The rooms just have 2 double beds, no microwave, 1 breakfast bowl, no kitchenette, no laundry, no balcony. Felt ripped off but nowhere in their advertising does it... More

Very spacious apartment in the heart of the eating strip - but far enough along that away from the noise. Very helpful staff. Spotless apartment with everything needed. 5 minute walk into central Townsville. Secure parking and entrance. Large balcony.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom unit which was in need of some repairs, but that could be overlooked as the position was great, the staff were friendly and helpful and the food at the restaurant was fantastic. I could easily have stayed for a week.

I've stayed here many times and the quality is always very good. Clean, tidy well serviced, close to city. Rooms are very spacious. Plenty of good restraints near by. Internet is a bit disappointing - provided by third party and very expensive.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom town house at this resort for 4 nights. The living area was downstairs with a laundry and toilet, and 2 bedrooms and a bathroom up stairs. The laundry was disgusting there was a rim of dust on the laundry sink and the washer had never been pulled out and cleaned, the skirting board had... More

When booking a 2 bedroom room make sure it is a 2 bedroom unit and not an interconnecting walkway between the rooms!! We where offered interconnecting room (1 bedroom unit and a studio room) decided to only take the studio room as we didn't want the interconnecting room. Not even sure if the facility has 2 bedroom units we wheren't... More

Dear Broncogirl12 Most of our 2 bedroom units are interconnecting rooms especially the ones facing Palmer Street and the marina. I believe there was confusion with the room which one of my staff members did come up and show you the configuration of the two rooms which comprised of two bedrooms/2 bathrooms and a full kitchen in the large room.... We recently stayed here for 3 nights and were pleasantly surprised to find the studio unit we had booked was roomier than expected. The bed was comfortable and the room clean. We found the staff on reception were friendly as were the cleaners. The units were in close proximity to the Palmer Street restaurants and within easy walking distance to... More

Dear Ms Robyn P, Thank you for your feedback regarding accommodation and for letting the staff know about the noisy exhaust fan which has now been fixed. We are looking into placing a shelf into this bathroom in the near future. We are glad to hear that the staff was friendly and that you enjoyed your stay. We hope to... More

Nice room with plenty of space in the room but a bit short on desk/table space. Had to sit my lap-top on a table the same size as the lap-top. Similar problem in the bathroom - little space on the vanity. Did not try the restaurant but there are plenty of options close by. Quite good location. Decent hotel at... More

Lots of hotels to choose and I stayed here because they had a special on for $99. Room was pretty good and clean.
