We arrived early in the evening without a reservation and were greeted by the friendly manager. We were given a reasonable standby rate and a key and headed of to our room. staff were friendly, room was clean but average, no cutlery or crockery -very disappointing, and manager was very rude and racist to some of my friends who are indigenous. would never stay in this hotel again, or recommend to anyone.

“Spotless and friendly staff”

We stayed at this motel due to not being able to get to Airlie Beach due to flooded roads. Very clean and had a nice meal in the restaurant.

We went to Townsville to a Cowboys game. Townsville was completely booked out. This was the only accommodation I could get, their website didn't give much of a view of the rooms, so I was a bit concerned.
