The location is average (with all the other average motels), the room was a reasonable size but had to fit a queen and two singles, the decor is tired, but the place was clean. Im not normally one for writing reviews, but the Motel Palms deserves to be written about. I found it to be one of the cleanest and friendliest places i have ever stayed at. Although it is slightly out of the city, it has a beautiful pool and great facilities. I thoroughly reccommend it to all of my southern counterparts. more

I came into town late one night and stumbled upon the wonderful hospitality of the Motel Palms.Not only was it clean, cheap (less than $70 for a double, with a courtyard!) quiet and neat but the people were the friendliest Northerners i have ever encountered.I thoughrorly recommend the Motel Palms for your next getaway! more
