We shared a 6 share dorm but when we got to our room there wasn't a pillow on one of our beds. My boyfriend went to reception to ask for a pillow and the receptionist said they didn't have any so gave him a key to another room and told him to go and 'steal' one! Unbelievable! This hostel is a converted motel and it is pretty huge, however, the reception staff are very friendly (all the ones we met were all backpackers working for a while at the hostel) and the rooms and bathroom - whilst simple - were very clean.
