Overall....it did the job but it certainly wasn't memorable! I stayed primarily for work and whilst it advertised itself offering wireless broadband, reality meant I had to sit in their two-couch-foyer to be within reach of the wireless router. Yes, if you call ahead, the staff can arrange to keep a key for you. However if you then rock up and find there's a problem with the room, there is no-one to talk to. Location is quite nice so we wish we could have stayed.. Please ensure to c/in before 7pm. more

We stayed in a 1 bedroom unit that was spacious, clean and had modern furnishings. We also had a nice view of the Strand and the ocean. The view from the balcony..wonderful. Reception staff not very welcoming. The shower curtain needed replacing, hair on the bathroom floor, the vent in the bathroom full of dust. The bedroom was clean & pleasant more

3 nights here with WOT..., at 110 AUD a night. Not bad for this good place, situated right on the STRAND. The aquarium and the city centre are about 20-30 minute walk away. My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights at the end of Nov 2006. It was a great place to stay with a fabulous location on the strand. Our room was modern and had plenty of space, including a kitchenette, fridge, table and chairs and a tiny balcony. more
